Love this app and the exercises are really simple but effective!!!! Sometimes I’m a little discombobulated but the demonstrations are excellent
The app won’t let me click on day 1 because day 1 isn’t showing on the screen. When I try to tap the very corner of the screen the app says I’m trying to click on day 2. Please fix.
The calendar doesn’t fit to the screen. Without all the days available, the app is unusable bc each day needs to be completed to move on.
I loved this app then upgraded from a 10 plus to 11 normal sized. The app is stuck viewing columns for dates 2-5, cannot see full calendar or use the app any longer. Please fix, I loved and miss this app!
The layout isn’t compatible for iPhone 11. I can’t click on day 1 to get started, and keep getting an error to complete the previous day first. There are several apps in a series and I was really excited to try them all. I checked my orientation and zoom settings. I just can’t get it to shrink to my screen so I can start day 1. Very disappointed.
This is an easy to follow app. You can make it work for you matter your fitness level. I like that it starts a Beginner 1 and goes up to advanced. I am seeing progress!
I used this app when I had a Samsung and it was great! I just got an iPhone and went to re-download and now I can’t press day one when I go to the calendar so I can’t start the workouts. The screen is zoomed in or something and the first couple days are off-screen and I can’t press them. This is kinda ridiculous because I saw other reviews saying the same thing and it should be a simple bug fix. I am really disappointed.
Excellent app that makes you work out. I downloaded other challenges and decided to give them a try as well. I love that it’s so simple and still works. I tried to do challenges on my own, but at some point I just get lazy or forget. With this app I feel motivated to press check when I’m done and it made all the difference. Also I don’t need to remember anything, when notification comes up, I just stand up, do the work, check and go on with my life. So simple.
I’ve used this in the past and really liked it, but now that I have an iPhone 11, it’s too zoomed in to click on the first two days of the month so the app is unusable !
Back when I had my old phone (iPhone 6s last April) I would use these and I saw amazing results and they were easy enough for me to do and I LOVED it!! My problem is now I have an iPhone XR. The screen on the app now won’t show the two days on the beginning and end of each week. It’s like it zoomed in on the calendar. I wouldn’t mind this if I could click on day one, but I can’t click on it and I can’t get to any of the other days because you have to do the day before. It’s a real shame cause I truly haven’t found a better app for working out and it showed great results for me and kept me motivated. If you have a phone that allows you to see the whole calendar it’s a FANTASTIC app and I 10/10 suggest it. I just wish it would still work on my phone :/

Who do I talk to about my apps being warped? The calendar is so zoomed in I can’t even tap the first of the month to start!
I tried to use the app, and it kept popping up a notice that I had to start on the first workout. But I couldn’t tap on the first workout! It didn’t fit the screen and I couldn’t do anything to adjust it.
I really wanted to start this challenge and along with a few others with the same format but I found that I cant even start on day one because the app wont allow me to click on day one. I hope it gets fixed soon.

I’m having some of the same issues as some iPhone XR users. The calendar display is too large to start the first days workout, so nothing works.
I like the app and I used it a lot on me old iPhone 5s. Unfortunately I can’t use it on my new iPhone XR. The view for the calendar is stretched too much that it’s not usable anymore.
I have this version and the 30 day abs version. Absolutely LOVE both! They take into consideration that someone may not be experienced and do simple workouts that slowly get more difficult. The app has a simple and easy setup and is 100% free. I’m planning on getting all versions eventually, however I’m pacing myself. Would 100% recommend!
Loved the app when I had on android, now I have the IPhone XR and I can no longer use it. Very disappointing !!!
Please fix the app to play well with iPhone XR. I love the app but can’t use it any longer bc of incompatibility.
Just got a new iPhone XR and had to delete all of the 30 day workout apps I was using. Calendar size is way too big and there’s no way to access the days to complete the challenge. Can’t y’all fix this? I know I’m not the only one with this problem, there are other reviews here with the same issue. 😢
Does this app really not work for the iPhone XR? What a disappointment. The calendar is cut off & I can’t even get to day one to start. If you can download it on your phone, it should work on your phone. Period.
I don’t have access to most of the days. The calendar is zoomed in way too much and there is no way to swipe it to see the rest of the calendar. I wasn’t even able to start day 1 because of this issue.
I want to love these apps, but the way the calendar is displayed on my phone makes the apps unusable. The calendar is enlarged on my phone. For example, I can’t see the number one or any number under the number one on the calendar. I’ve tried multiple 30 day apps from this developer and it’s the same results.

So I have multiple versions of this app and I love it . The workouts are quick and easy to fit in my day and challenge me to form healthy habits. They have multiple levels and challenges for any fitness level ! I can realistically see myself advancing in the realistically tiered systems . The only improvement I would recommend is to explain the exercise a tad more ... such as *15 kicks* ... it just bothers me that it doesn’t state *15 each side* ...... just 15.. perhaps many beginners would just do 15 .. or may that’s how many you are supposed to do ?
This is a perfect way to get in a short workout. I put several of these apps together to create. Short workout. I love it.
This app is a perfect way to keep you on track with your butt workouts
I could exercise without it, but I weigh a lot, and I really don’t know what exercises I can do that will help me get a decent booty. So I am glad this app shows me what I can do to achieve it in 30 days. I don’t like the “Rest Day” because I can just take a break from the app for the day, and it takes away a day that can help me more. But overall this is an amazing app.
App worked great yesterday, today it keeps crashing.
There are too many bugs. The app used to be great now everything is minimized and I cannot move on to the next day because when you click it out, it goes back to regular size
it keeps me motivated especially cause it sends me s notification. i have like 4 of the other apps and i love them all. great app. great workouts.
The day numbers are not lined up since I upgraded my iOS. For example, I cannot tap on Day 4 because the checked circle for day 3 literally covers it up! I used to love your app— please fix it!!
The circles for the checked days are larger than the numbers. I can’t tap day 5 because it’s overlapped by the checkmark for day 4. Too bad because the app is otherwise good, must be a glitch but all the 30 day challenges have the same problem.
Perfect way to get a quick workout, or add to an existing routine. I have 4 different versions of this app and love them all. The different levels and varieties of exercises keep this fun and interesting. I love that it tracks my progress, and that the exercises can be marked individually. It has removed all excuses for not getting it done. Much more challenging than I expected. I look forward to moving on to a more advanced level.
This app keeps me motivated and it allows me to keep track of my past progressions. It makes me accountable for my exercises.
This app is super helpful! I really like how the exercises are explained, because a lot of other fitness apps don't explain things at all. Love it!
I actually haven't started using this app yet but I'm a fan of the 30 day ab and squat. I was just checking out this app but the exercises are a bit unclear. Could there be videos for all your exercises on this app too? I plan on starting up again with all these 30 day challenges again. Appreciate that the 'rest days' are in sync now!
Do follow the exercises, it helps. It has helped me in weight loss and muscle toning. They have organized the exercise pattern so well. The Rest day helps :) Thank you
